Notification | Financial Assistance Amendment in Punjab (Civil Services) Delegation of Powers Rules 1983 | Government of the Punjab Finance Department | January 04, 2020
No.FD.SR-I/3-3/2017. In exercise of the powers conferred on him by Article 241 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Governor of the Punjab is pleased to direct that in the Punjab (Civil Services) Delegation of Powers Rules, 1983, the following further amendment shall be made:
AMENDMENT
In the Punjab (Civil Services) Delegation of powers Rules. 1983; in Appendix ‘A’, after Sr. No. 22, the following shall be inserted:
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
22-A. Powers to sanction financial assistance in Full powers case of:
• Deceased Civil servants: and
• Deceased employee appointed or working under the Contract Appointment Policy 2004.”
نمبر FD.SR-I / 3-3 / 2017۔ اسلامی جمہوریہ پاکستان کے آئین کے آرٹیکل 241 کے ذریعہ انہیں دیئے گئے اختیارات کے استعمال میں ، پنجاب کے گورنر خوشی خوش ہیں کہ پنجاب (سول سروسز) وفد کے قواعد ، 1983 میں ، مندرجہ ذیل مزید ترمیم کی جائے گی بنا ہوا:

پنجاب (سول سروسز) میں اختیارات کے قواعد و ضوابط۔ 1983؛ نمبر 22 کے بعد ضمیمہ ‘A’ میں ، درج ذیل درج کیا جائے گا:

22-A. مکمل اختیارات کے معاملے میں مالی اعانت کی منظوری کے اختیارات:
• ہلاک سرکاری ملازم: اور
• معاہدہ تقرری پالیسی 2004 کے تحت ملازم یا تقرری شدہ ملازم۔
