Approval for Executive Allowance for newly appointed MD & NTDC

The Board of Directors of National Transmission 8. Despatch Company Limited (NTDC) in its 242nd” meeting held on 16.03.2023 against agenda item No. 11 has unanimously resolved and approved the Management Allowance for regular internal Candidates Appointed against the following positions as under with immediate effect.

i. Rs. 500.000, Per Month for the position of Managing Director NTDC

ii. Rs. 300.00W- Per Month for the position of Dy. Managing Director NTDC

iii. Rs. 200.000/. Per Month for the C-Suit / General Manager Level Positions i.e. CFO (NTDC), CS (NTDC) etc.

Note: The newly appointed Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer NTDC be entitled of above Management Allowance w.e.f the pining dates as MD and CFO respectively
