Vaccination of All Officers/Staff Working in Department of Government of Sindh | Government of Sindh Services, General Administration & Coordination Department | May 27, 2021

With reference to the subject matter, the undersigned takes the opportunity to state that Government Sindh, in collaboration with the National Command & Control Center (NCOC), has taken a number of pro-active measures and efforts to contain the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic ever since its outbreak. In this regard decisions of NCOC and Provincial Task Force, constituted for the purpose, have been implemented through enforcement of lockdowns, smart lockdowns, vaccination of frontline health workers and establishment of vaccine centres in all cities/towns for mass vaccination of the public.

2. The Government of Sindh, in order to carry out mass vaccination of the public, has decided at the first stage the mandatory vaccination of all officers/staff working in Government departments and ample vaccination centres have been established for the purpose. Likewise, the instructions for the vaccination of all the employees have been issued from time to time but the response is not encouraging.
3. Therefore, your good office is requested to ensure that all officers/staff working in your department is vaccinated within seven days positively.
4. The details of the vaccinated persons of your Department may be sent to the undersigned for the perusal of Chief Secretary Sindh.

حکومت سندھ نے ، نیشنل کمانڈ اینڈ کنٹرول سنٹر (این سی او سی) کے ساتھ مل کر ، COVID-19 وبائی امراض کے پھیلاؤ کو روکنے کے لئے متعدد سرگرم اقدامات اور کوششیں کیں ہیں۔

اس سلسلے میں این سی او سی اور صوبائی ٹاسک فورس کے فیصلوں کو لاک ڈاون ، سمارٹ لاک ڈاؤن ڈاؤن ، فرنٹ لائن ہیلتھ ورکرز کی ویکسینیشن اور عوام کے بڑے پیمانے پر ویکسینیشن کے لئے تمام شہروں / قصبوں میں ویکسین مراکز کے قیام کے ذریعے نافذ کیا گیا ہے۔
حکومت سندھ نے عوام کو بڑے پیمانے پر ویکسینیشن کروانے کے لئے پہلے مرحلے میں فیصلہ کیا ہے کہ اس مقصد کے لئے سرکاری محکموں اور کافی ویکسینیشن مراکز میں کام کرنے والے تمام افسران / عملے کی لازمی ویکسینیشن قائم کردی گئی ہے۔ اسی طرح ، تمام ملازمین کو پولیو کے قطرے پلانے کی ہدایات وقتا فوقتا جاری کردی گئیں لیکن جواب حوصلہ افزا نہیں ہے۔

لہذا ، آپ کے دفتر سے درخواست کی گئی ہے کہ وہ یقینی بنائیں کہ آپ کے محکمہ میں کام کرنے والے تمام افسران / عملے کو سات دن کے اندر مثبت طور پر قطرے پلائے جائیں۔
