Engro-Corporation Limited has initiated the Uraan Associate Training Program 2023 for female candidates only. ECL always wishes to make the Industrial Sector of the country as strong as it can meet international standards. It also provides equal employment opportunities not only to male candidates but also to female and minority candidates. In the last few years, Engro-Corporation Limited started vocational training programs for female candidates to make them strong and independent.

In order to provide more employment opportunities to the females in industrial sectors Engro Corporation Limited is working to Facilitate the women of Pakistan.  Independent women always find happiness on their own without relying on other people. Engro is working to make the women of Pakistan more skilled and independent by giving them vocational and technical training in different programs. The most important mission of the company is to make female candidates as competent as male employees.

Engro- Corporation Limited already gave the technical training to the 16 female candidates. These candidates have taken technical training in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Warehousing, and Admin Operations. They trained them best to their goals and make their dreams come true. With the previous program’s company also introduces various new programs to enhance the technical skills of female candidates.

There are also 3 to 6 months short courses under PM Youth Skill Development programs. Such type of programs is really uplifting the standard of the youth of Pakistan. They are now earning a lot after getting the skills.

Eligibility Criteria

All the willing candidates must be residents of Bin Qasim Port Town. They must have the qualifications needed for the training program.
