Up-Gradation, Change of Nomenclature, Creation of New Posts & Sanctioned Strenght of Posts in Sub-ordinate Courts of Sindh | Government of Sindh Finance Department | January 05, 2022
The Secretary to Government of Sindh, Labour & Human Resources Department may kindly refer to the letter No. LAB/COORD/9-11/2019 dated 05.10.2021 and letter of Sindh Labour Appellate Tribunal bearing No. SLAT/2021-1042 dated 15.09.2021, on the subject noted above.
In continuation to this department’s advice of even number dated 21.02.2018 and in compliance with the directives given by Honourable High Court of Sindh, Karachi, bearing letter No.Gaz/UG/ATC/2019 dated 23.11.2019 received from Law Department vide letter No.OP:5(233)/2019/696 dated 12.12.2019, the benefit of up-gradation, change of nomenclature is hereby extended to the following posts of Sindh Labour Courts and Sindh Labour Appellate tribunal, with effect from 21.02.2018:-
