Unauthorized Offering of Two Year BA/BSC Degree Programs by Universities | Higher Education Commission | November 17, 2020

Apropos of the decision of the Higher Education Commission (HEC) to phase-out two years BA/BSC programs after the academic year 2018, and subsequent communication of the policy, it has been noticed with grave concern that these programs are still being offered by universities / Degree Awarding Institutes (DAIs) and their affiliated colleges.

In this regard, Universities / Degree Awarding Institutes (DAls) are directed not to offer admissions in the two years BA/B.Sc programs and that the degrees shall not be recognized by HEC for students enrolled in these programs after December 31, 2018.

تعلیمی سال 2018 کے بعد ہائیر ایجوکیشن کمیشن (ایچ ای سی) کے دو سال بی اے / بی ایس سی پروگراموں کے مرحلے کے فیصلے اور اس کے بعد کی پالیسی کے مواصلات کے بارے میں ، اس بات کو انتہائی تشویش کے ساتھ محسوس کیا گیا ہے کہ یہ پروگرام ابھی بھی پیش کیے جارہے ہیں یونیورسٹیوں / ڈگری ایوارڈنگ انسٹی ٹیوٹ (DAIs) اور ان سے وابستہ کالجز۔
اس سلسلے میں ، یونیورسٹیوں / ڈگری ایوارڈ دینے والے اداروں (DAls) کو ہدایت کی گئی ہے کہ وہ دو سال BA / B.Sc پروگراموں میں داخلے کی پیش کش نہ کریں اور 31 دسمبر ، 2018 کے بعد ان پروگراموں میں داخلہ لینے والے طلباء کے لئے ایچ ای سی کی طرف سے ڈگریوں کو تسلیم نہیں کیا جائے گا۔
