Tehreek Labbaik Pakistan is listed as a Proscribed Organization | Government of Pakistan Ministry of Interior | April 15, 2021
WHEREAS, the Federal Government has reasonable grounds to believe that Tehreek Labbaik Pakistan is engaged in terrorism, acted in a manner prejudicial to the peace and security of the country, involved in creating anarchy in the country by intimidating the public, caused grievous bodily harm, hurt and death to the personnel of Law Enforcement Agencies and innocent by-slanders, attacked civilians and officials, created wide-scale hurdles, threatened, abused and promoted hatred, vandalized and ransacked public and government properties including vehicles and caused arson, blocked essential health supplies to hospitals, and has used, threatened, coerced, intimidated, and overawed the government, the public and created sense of fear and insecurity in the society and the public at large.
2. NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 110(1) of the Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997 (XXVII of 1997), the Federal Government is pleased to list Tehreek Labbaik Pakistan in the First Schedule to the said Act as a proscribed organization for the purposes of the said Act.
وفاقی حکومت کو یہ ماننے کے لئے معقول بنیادیں ہیں کہ تحریک لبیک پاکستان دہشت گردی میں مصروف ہے ، اس نے ملک کے امن و سلامتی کے لئے متعصبانہ انداز میں کارروائی کی ، عوام کو ڈرا دھمکا کر ملک میں انتشار پھیلانے میں ملوث ، جسمانی طور پر جسمانی نقصان ، تکلیف اور نقصان پہنچا۔ قانون نافذ کرنے والے اداروں کے اہلکاروں اور بے گناہوں سے بدعنوانیوں کی ہلاکت ، عام شہریوں اور اہلکاروں پر حملہ کیا ، وسیع پیمانے پر رکاوٹیں پیدا کیں ، دھمکی دی ، ناجائز اور نفرت کو فروغ دیا ، گاڑیوں سمیت سرکاری اور سرکاری املاک میں توڑ پھوڑ اور توڑ پھوڑ کی اور آتشزدگی کا باعث بنا ، صحت کی ضروری فراہمی کو روک دیا اسپتالوں ، اور حکومت ، عوام کو استعمال کیا ، دھمکی دی ، زبردستی دی ، ڈرایا اور اس کی پامالی کی ہے اور معاشرے اور عوام میں بڑے پیمانے پر خوف اور عدم تحفظ کا احساس پیدا کیا ہے۔ انسداد دہشت گردی ایکٹ 1997 کی دفعہ 110 (1) کے ذریعے دیئے گئے اختیارات کے استعمال میں (1997 کا XXVII) ، وفاقی حکومت اس بات پر راضی ہے کہ تحریک لبیک پاکستان کو مذکورہ ایکٹ کے پہلے شیڈول میں ممنوعہ تنظیم کے طور پر شامل کریں۔
