Revised Loan & Advance Policy for Government Employees Implemented in SAP

Introduction:

The Office of the Accountant General, Pakistan Revenues (AGPR), has implemented the directives under Finance Division’s S.R.O No. 484(1)/2025 dated 28 March 2025 for government loans and advances. This change has been officially communicated via letter dated 26 May 2025 and aims to revise the existing policy for various types of financial advances to government servants through the SAP system.

Key Changes Introduced in the Loan & Advance Policy:

Implementation Instructions:

• The revised policy is to be implemented immediately in the SAP system.
• The AGPR has also issued House Building Advance (HBA) FACs for BPS-01 to BPS-15 employees.
• All departments are directed to ensure the timely incorporation of these changes for smooth loan processing in the current quarter.

Conclusion:

These reforms are aimed at improving the transparency, feasibility, and financial management within the public sector loan disbursement system. Departments must ensure compliance to avoid processing delays.

تعارف:

دفتر اکاؤنٹنٹ جنرل پاکستان ریونیو (AGPR) نے فنانس ڈویژن کے نوٹیفکیشن S.R.O 484(1)/2025 مورخہ 28 مارچ 2025 کے تحت سرکاری ملازمین کو دیے جانے والے قرض اور ایڈوانس کی پالیسی میں تبدیلی کا اطلاق کر دیا ہے۔ اس پالیسی پر عملدرآمد کے لیے ہدایت 26 مئی 2025 کو جاری کی گئی۔

عملدرآمد کی ہدایات:

• نئی پالیسی SAP سسٹم میں فوری نافذ العمل ہوگی۔
• AGPR نے BPS 01 تا 15 ملازمین کے لیے House Building Advance FACs بھی جاری کر دیے ہیں۔
• تمام ادارے ہدایت کردہ تبدیلیوں کو بروقت سسٹم میں شامل کریں تاکہ سہ ماہی ایڈوانس پراسیسنگ میں تاخیر نہ ہو۔

اختتامیہ:

یہ ترمیمات شفافیت، مالیاتی نظم و نسق اور سہولت کے لیے کی گئی ہیں۔ تمام متعلقہ دفاتر کو ہدایت ہے کہ وہ فوری طور پر SAP نظام میں ان تبدیلیوں کو شامل کریں۔
