رہائش کے کرایے پر لینے کے لئے متعلقہ قواعد کے تحت رائے کی درخواست
ریگولر پروموشن یا ٹائم سکیل پروموشن کی صورت میں جاری لیز کی مدت کے دوران رہائش کے زمرے میں تبدیلی کی صورت میں، خود کرایہ پر/نجی کرائے کے مکان کی رہائش کے نئے زمرے کی کرائے کی حد پر نظرثانی کی جائے گی اس شرط کے ساتھ کہ مکان افسر کے اہلکار کے استحقاق کے مطابق ہو۔ ریگولر یا ٹائم سکیل پروموشن کی وجہ سے رہائش کے زمرے میں تبدیلی کی صورت میں، اگر متعلقہ افسر رہائش کے نئے زمرے کے لیے درکار تمام تصریحات کو پورا کرتا ہے، تو اسی احاطے کو اس شرط کے ساتھ ملازمت پر رکھنے کی اجازت دی جائے گی کہ مکان افسر/ اہلکار کے استحقاق کے مطابق ہو سکتا ہے۔
In case of change in the category of accommodation during the ongoing lease period in case of regular promotion or time scale promotion, the rent limit of the new category of self-rented/private rented accommodation shall be revised with the condition that the house conforms to the privilege of the officer.
In case of change in the category of accommodation due to regular or time scale promotion, if the concerned officer meets all the specifications required for the new category of accommodation, the same premises will be allowed to be employed with the condition that the house may be as per the privilege of the officer/official.
