Keeping in view the subject cited above and to state that a total of 1018304 complaints have been resolved from July 2020 till December 2020 on Pakistan Citizen’s Portal under the categories of relief granted, partial relief granted and relief cannot be granted.

Out of the total resolved complaints during the said period. PMDU has earmarked a set of 155635 complaints for reopening due to the reasons mentioned below.
