Prime Minister’s Electric Wheelchair Program Phase-III By HEC

As the third phase of the Prime Minister’s Electric Wheelchair program starts, Higher Education Commission (HEC) invites applications from students having an ambulatory disability. This is 3rd phase of the project of providing electric wheelchairs to all university students who suffer from ambulatory disabilities.

Prime Minister’s Electric Wheelchair Program Phase-Ill By HEC

Phase-III of the Prime Minister’s Wheelchair scheme is started. In this concern, HEC invites applications from university students who are enrolled /being enrolled with HEC for session 2022-23. The students who are getting an education from any recognized institution affiliated with HEC can apply for it.

Eligibility Criteria:

Here are the Eligibility Criteria for the scheme:

■ The applicant is unable to make cross curbs because of paralysis or loss of function of the legs.

■ If he has missed one or both legs

■ Applicant must be a student of Undergraduate, Master, or Ph.D. in any recognized and HEC-affiliated Institutes.

■ The applicant should be enrolled/being enrolled in HEC for
session 2022-23.

■ Candidate must have an ambulatory disability certificate from the relevant authority.

Procedure to Apply

The willing students can apply as under:

Fill out the form. Take a print of the filled form and submit it to Voice Chancellor or concerned authority.

The university will send eligible Applications to HEC.
