Islamabad High Court Islamabad issued an Office Order on 16-01-2023 in connection with Clerical Staff Upgradation Assistant BPS-16, UDC-BPS-14, LDC-11, and Other Posts. The IHC issued the orders for the upgradation of clerical staff and Class IV Employees and other posts. The details are as under:

In the exercise of powers conferred under rule 15 of the “Islamabad High Court Establishment (Appointment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2011” read with Finance Division (Regulation Wing) vide O.M. No.1(5)Reg. 12/80-Vol-IV-Exp.III/2002-124 dated: 05.03.2009 and the Hon’ble Supreme Court of Pakistan judgment reported as PLD-1994-SC-105(Civil Appeals 105-K to 107-K of 1989), the Hon’ble Chief Justice and Judges of this Court (the Hon’ble Administration Committee) have been pleased to upgrade and change the nomenclature of the following posts in the establishment of this Court and to place/appoint those employees on up-graded posts who have the minimum length of service required to become eligible for promotion from lower post to a higher post of non-gazette staff i.e. 03 years, w.e.f. 01.01.2023, as under:-
