Notification Planning Performance Allowance 2022 @150% of the Running Basic Pay

Government of the Punjab, Finance Department issued a Notification on 02-12-2022 in connection with Planning Performance Allowance 2022 @150% of the Running Basic Pay. The details are as under:
Notification Planning Performance Allowance 2022 @150% of Pay
- In pursuance of the approval of the Provincial Cabinet in its meeting dated 18.11.2022, Finance Department conveys its concurrence to the grant of Planning Performance Allowance @150% of the running basic pay for the officers of P&D Board (Grade 17 to 20) w.e.f. 01.01.2023 with the following conditions:
- Civil Secretariat Allowance granted vide letter No.FD.PR.2- 1/2009 dated 26.05.2018 & 22.07.2022 will be abolished w.e.f. 31.12.2022 for the officers working in P&D Board.
- The said allowance will not be admissible in case an officer is drawing any other cadre/department/post-specific allowance in light of the Finance Department
- The said allowance will be admissible to the following posts:


Range of Employees Eligible for PPA 2022
The employees of BPS-17 to BPS-20 of the concerned Department employees are eligible for PPA-2022. The employees will get this allowance with effect from 1st January 2021. It is to clarify here that the employees will get this allowance on the running basic pay of the 2017 revised pay scales. Congratulations to all these employees.
