Government of Gilgit-Baltistan, Finance Department issued an Office Memorandum on 22-07-2022 in connection with Notification Enhancement Minimum Wages Rates 2022 GB. The details are as under:

Details of the Increase
The Undersigned is directed to say that the Governor Gilgit-Baltistan has been pleased to enhance the existing minimum wages from Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 25,000 per month with effect from 1st July 2022 in respect of all unskilled labor employed/ hired in Private/ Public Sector Organizations including contingent paid staff hired in Government Organizations.
