As per the four monthly budget, there is a reasonable Increase in pay Salaries and Pension Budget 2023-24 KPK. The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government employees will get 35% (BPS01 to BPS-16) and 30% (BPS_16 to BPS-22) as Adhoc Relief Allowance 2023. The pensioners of the KPK province will get an increase in pension @ 17.5%. These rates are as the Federal Government announced an increase in salaries as per Budget Speech 2023-24 for Federal Govt employees and pensioners.

The Implication of Enhanced Pay, Allowances, and Pension
KPK Government enhances the pay, Allowance, and pensions as announced in Budget 2023-24. KPK Government of Pakistan is going to implement Rs 35,422.254 million in relation to an increase in pay & allowance and pension of employees and ex-employees. Which will be in fact as per the following details

Federal Government and Other Provincial Governments Pay/Pension 2023-24
All Governments provincial and Federal announced the same rates of Adhoc Relief Allowance and Pension for their employees and pensioners except the Punjab Government. All Governments granted 35% ARA-2022 for BPS-01 to BPS-16 and ARA-2022 @ 30% for BPS-17 and above. In the same way pension, they raised by 17.5%. On the other hand, Punjab Government raised pension by only @5% while ARA-2022 @ 30% for BPS-01 to BPS-22 Employees. All employees will get an enhancement in their salaries just after the Eid-ul-Azha Holidays 2023 as these new rates of salary are effective from 1st July 2023.
