نگراں وزیراعلیٰ جسٹس کا مفت تعلیم کے حوالے سے بہت بڑا اقدام

نگراں وزیراعلیٰ سندھ نے سیکریٹری تعلیم کی توجہ ’دی سندھ رائٹ آف چلڈرن فری اینڈ کمپلسری ایجوکیشن ایکٹ‘ کی جانب مبذول کرائی؛ ترجمان وزیراعلیٰ سندھ

قانون کے تحت ہر نجی اسکول/ تعلیمی ادارہ اپنی مجموعی بچوں کا 10 فیصد بچوں کو مفت تعلیم مہیا کرے گی؛ نگراں وزیراعلیٰ سندھ

یہ قانون 2013 سے نافذالعمل ہے لیکن اسکول ایجوکیشن اس پر عمل پیرا ہونے میں ناکام رہا؛ نگراں وزیراعلیٰ سندھ

نگراں وزیر اعلیٰ سندھ نے اس قانون کے چیپٹر 4 سیکشن 10 کے 2 سیکشنز A اور B کوکوڈ کیا؛ ترجمان وزیراعلیٰ سندھ

ان دونوں سیکشن کے مطابق نجی اسکول کلاس ون سے لے کر آگے کی کلاسز تک اپنے مجموعی داخلہ کا 10 فیصد بچوں کو مفت تعلیم دے گی؛

اس قانون کی تمام پرائیویٹ اسکول 2013 سے کھلی خلاف ورزی کررہے ہیں; نگراں وزیراعلیٰ سندھ

نگراں وزیراعلیٰ سندھ نے سیکریٹری اسکول ایجوکیشن کو ہدایت کی کہ اس قانون پر ایک ہفتے کے اندر عمل کروا کر رپورٹ پیش کریں ؛ ترجمان وزیراعلیٰ سندھ

جو تعلیمی ادارے اس پر عمل نہ کریں ان کے خلاف سخت قانونی کارروائی عمل میں لائی جائے؛ وزیراعلیٰ سندھ

Caretaker Chief Minister Justice’s big step regarding free education

The caretaker chief minister drew the attention of the education secretary to ‘The Sindh Right of Children Free and Compulsory Education Act’.

Under the law, every private school/educational institution will provide free education to 10 percent of its total children.

This law has been in force since 2013 but the school education has failed to implement it.

The caretaker Chief Minister sindh coded two sections A and B of chapter 4 section 10 of this law.

According to these two sections, private schools will provide free education to 10 percent of their total admission from Class 1 to further classes.

All private schools have been openly violating the law since 2013; Caretaker Chief Minister Sindh

The caretaker chief minister directed the secretary school education to implement the law within a week and submit a report.

Strict legal action should be taken against the educational institutions that do not follow it.
