In pursuance of order of the Rouble Supreme Court of Pakistan in Civil Appeal No. 691 & 692/2017, C.M.A No. 8306/2016, and in pursuance to the decision of the Provincial Cabinet, in its meeting held on 30th March 2023 on Agenda Item No. 51, the Government of Balochistan is pleased to restore Rule 12 (Deceased Quota and Discontinue rule 12-A of the Balochistan Civil Servants (Appointment Promotion and Transfer Rules 2009 from the date when the notification No. SO (11-1j5(131S&GAD-2013/2057-2156 dated 31-07-2013 was suspended.
