Formation of District Monitoring Committee (DMC) for Privately Managed Schools in Balochistan – Notification Dated 7 May 2025

Introduction:

The School Education Department, Government of Balochistan, has officially notified the establishment of the District Monitoring Committee (DMC) under Section 7 (1) of “The Balochistan Private Educational Institutions Registration, Regulation and Promotion Act, 2022”. The primary role of this committee is to monitor privately managed schools across Balochistan, ensuring compliance with educational standards and regulations.

Composition of the District Monitoring Committee:

The committee includes the following officials:

Terms of Reference (TORs):

The committee will function under these clearly defined responsibilities:

1. Conduct monthly visits to private schools and submit detailed reports.
2. Submit recommendations and suggestions to higher authorities based on monitoring outcomes.
3. Record findings and recommendations in each institution’s logbook, as mandated by “The Balochistan Private Educational Institutions Registration, Regulation and Promotion Act, 2022”.
4. Ensure the effective implementation of the BPEIRRP Act, 2022, in both letter and spirit.

Importance of the Monitoring Committee:

The formation of the District Monitoring Committee aims to enhance accountability, maintain high educational standards, and prevent malpractice within privately managed schools. It highlights the government’s commitment to transparency and quality education.

بلوچستان میں نجی تعلیمی اداروں کی نگرانی کے لیے ڈسٹرکٹ مانیٹرنگ کمیٹی کے قیام کا نوٹیفکیشن – مورخہ 7 مئی 2025

تعارف:

محکمہ اسکول ایجوکیشن بلوچستان نے “بلوچستان پرائیویٹ ایجوکیشنل انسٹیٹیوشنز رجسٹریشن، ریگولیشن اینڈ پروموشن ایکٹ 2022” کے سیکشن 7 (1) کے تحت بلوچستان بھر کے نجی اسکولوں کی نگرانی کے لیے ڈسٹرکٹ مانیٹرنگ کمیٹی (DMC) تشکیل دینے کا باضابطہ نوٹیفکیشن جاری کیا ہے۔ اس کمیٹی کا مقصد صوبے بھر کے نجی تعلیمی اداروں میں تعلیمی معیار اور قواعد و ضوابط پر عمل درآمد کو یقینی بنانا ہے۔

کمیٹی کی تشکیل:

ڈسٹرکٹ مانیٹرنگ کمیٹی کے اراکین درج ذیل ہوں گے:

کمیٹی کی ذمہ داریاں (TORs):

کمیٹی کی ذمہ داریاں درج ذیل ہوں گی:

1. ہر ماہ نجی اسکولوں کا دورہ کرکے ماہانہ رپورٹ جمع کروانا۔
2. نگرانی کے دوران سامنے آنے والی تجاویز اور سفارشات اعلیٰ حکام کو پیش کرنا۔
3. ادارے کے لاگ بُک میں اپنی سفارشات اور نتائج “بلوچستان پرائیویٹ ایجوکیشنل انسٹیٹیوشنز رجسٹریشن، ریگولیشن اینڈ پروموشن ایکٹ 2022” کے مطابق درج کرنا۔
4. BPEIRRP ایکٹ 2022 پر مکمل عمل درآمد کو یقینی بنانا۔

کمیٹی کی اہمیت:

اس کمیٹی کا قیام تعلیمی معیار کو برقرار رکھنے، شفافیت یقینی بنانے اور نجی اسکولوں میں ہونے والی بے ضابطگیوں کو روکنے کے لیے ایک اہم قدم ہے۔ یہ اقدام حکومت بلوچستان کی شفافیت اور معیاری تعلیم فراہم کرنے کی ترجیحات کا واضح ثبوت ہے۔

اختتامیہ:

حکومت بلوچستان کا یہ اقدام تعلیمی نگرانی کے نظام کو بہتر بنانے اور نجی اسکولوں میں اعلیٰ معیار تعلیم کو یقینی بنانے کے لیے کلیدی کردار ادا کرے گا۔ ماہانہ بنیادوں پر مرتب کی جانے والی رپورٹس مسلسل بہتری اور ضرورت پڑنے پر اصلاحی اقدامات میں معاون ثابت ہوں گی۔

The undersigned is directed to constitute the following committee under Section 7 (1) of “The Balochistan Private Educational Institutions Registration, Regulation and Promotion Act, 2022” regarding monitoring of Privately managed Schools in Balochistan, against the TORs as mentioned below:

4. The committee is responsible for ensuring the implementation of the BPEIRRP Act 2022 in letter and spirit.
