Notification | Extension in License Validity and Relief Package | Pakistan Engineering Council | October 08, 2020
1 Keeping in view the prevailing situation of COVID-19, following decisions are further extended as approved in 38th meeting by Governing Body –
a. Licence validity of all Constructors/Operators and Consulting firms/companies, which were valid up to June 30. 2020 and extended up to September 30, 2020. is further extended up to December 31, 2020 b. Relief Package, except for the aspect of biometric verification, notified vide Notification No PEC/ConsV07/2020, dated April 27, 2020, which was extended up to September 30, 2020, is further extended up to December 31, 2020. c. Engineers associated with a firm/company as an employee, owner or shareholder will undergo biometric verification as per procedure in vogue prior to Relief Package. with effect from August 1. 2020
3. This issues for implementation in letter and spirit, please.
کوویڈ 19 کی موجودہ صورتحال کو مدنظر رکھتے ہوئے ، گورننگ باڈی کے 38 ویں اجلاس میں منظور ہونے کے بعد مندرجہ ذیل فیصلوں میں مزید توسیع کی گئی ہے۔
a. تمام کنسٹرکٹرز / آپریٹرز اور کنسلٹنگ فرموں / کمپنیوں کے لائسنس کی توثیق ، جو 30 جون 2020 تک مستند تھیں ، اور 30 ستمبر 2020 تک توسیع کی گئیں ، اس میں مزید 31 دسمبر 2020 تک توسیع کی گئی ہے۔
b. ریلیف پیکیج ، بایومیٹرک تصدیق کے پہلو کو چھوڑ کر ، نوٹیفکیشن نمبر PEC / ConsV07 / 2020 کے مطابق ، 27 اپریل 2020 کی ، جو 30 ستمبر 2020 تک بڑھایا گیا تھا ، کو مزید 31 دسمبر 2020 تک بڑھایا گیا ہے۔
c ایک فرم / کمپنی سے وابستہ ملازم ، مالک یا شیئر ہولڈر کی حیثیت سے انجینئرز ریلیف پیکیج سے پہلے کے عمل کے مطابق بائیو میٹرک تصدیق کرائیں گے ، جس کا اطلاق یکم اگست 2020 ء سے ہوگا۔
