Azad Government of the Statement of Jammu and Kashmir Services & General Administration Department (Regulation Wing) issued a Notification No. S&GAD/R/A-4 (433) 2017 P-I dated 04-11-2022 in connection with Considering the Employees on Duty for One Degree Program at one level. The details are as under:

According to the Notification, the President of Azad Jammu & Kashmir has been pleased to accord the following approvals:

■ Civil Servants who are selected on open merit scholarships shall be dealt at per with those who are selected for Technical Assistance Program (TAP) with differentiation or discrimination.

■ Moreover, the Civil Servant may be considered on duty only for one degree program at one level i.e., once each for Masters, M.Phil., Ph.D. etc.
