A police officer who deliberately does not present an accused in court within 24 hours will be imprisoned for 1 year and fined.
157, Police Order 2002
A person who slaps a woman or takes off his burqa is charged under Section 354 of the Pakistan Penal Code, punishable by up to two years imprisonment and a fine.
If the police illegally detain someone, the police will be charged under Section 342/34 of the Pakistan Penal Code and Section 155c.
The post of editor in a police station cannot be vacant for even 1 minute in 24 hours.

If any epidemic spreads within the police station, the SHO is required to report it to the SP and the District Medical Officer.

If the police violate the sanctity of the chador and the four walls, they will be charged under Section 452/34
An FIR of TP and 155c will be registered which carries a penalty of 3 years imprisonment and fine.

کسی عورت کو تھپڑ مارنے یا برقعہ اتارنےوالے شخص پر دفعہ 354 تعزیرات پاکستان کی FIR درج ھوتی ھے جس کی سزا 2 سال تک قید اور جرمانہ ھے۔
اگر پولیس کسی کو غیر قانونی طور پر حراست میں رکھتی ھے تو پولیس پر دفعہ 342/34 تعزیرات پاکستان اور 155c کے تحت FIR درج ھوگی ۔
پولیس اسٹیشن میں محرر کا عہدہ 24 گھنٹے میں 1 منٹ کے لئے بھی خالی نہیں رہ سکتا ۔
