Notification | Ban on the sale of Mastung Cake in the Province | Balochistan Food Authority | October 06, 2020
In exercise of powers conferred Under Section 2 (b) (vi) read with sub-section (1) of section 20 of the Balochistan Food Authority Act, 2014, the Director-General Balochistan Food Authority has been pleased to impose a ban on the sale of “Mastung Cake” In the Province as the quality and purity of the product does not conform to the prescribed standards.
- Hence such product sellers are liable to be punished under the Balochistan Food Authority Act, 2014.
بلوچستان فوڈ اتھارٹی ایکٹ 2014 کے سیکشن 20 (ذیلی سیکشن 2) کے ساتھ پڑھے گئے اختیارات کے استعمال میں ، ڈائریکٹر جنرل بلوچستان فوڈ اتھارٹی اس پر پابندی عائد کرنے پر راضی ہوگئے ہیں صوبے میں “مستونگ کیک” کی فروخت مصنوع کے معیار اور پاکیزگی کے مطابق مقرر کردہ معیار کے مطابق نہیں ہے۔
لہذا اس طرح کے مصنوعات فروخت کنندگان کو بلوچستان فوڈ اتھارٹی ایکٹ ، 2014 کے تحت سزا دی جاسکتی ہے۔
