The provincial government has decided to launch the Balochistan Health Card in the province under which health insurance of Rs1 million will be provided to each resident family of the province.
The Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) will be considered the health card for the permanent residents of the province.
A significant proportion of the population of Pakistan and particularly in Balochistan lives below the poverty line, and this segment of the population is exposed to a number of risks. Of all the risks, health risks pose the greatest threat to their lives and livelihoods. A health emergency adds health expenditures to the burden of the poor precisely at the time when they can least afford it.
صوبائی حکومت نے صوبے میں بلوچستان ہیلتھ کارڈ شروع کرنے کا فیصلہ کیا ہے جس کے تحت صوبے کے ہر رہائشی خاندان کو 10 لاکھ روپے کا ہیلتھ انشورنس فراہم کیا جائے گا۔ کمپیوٹرائزڈ قومی شناختی کارڈ (CNIC) صوبے کے مستقل رہائشیوں کے لیے صحت کارڈ تصور کیا جائے گا۔ پاکستان اور خاص طور پر بلوچستان کی آبادی کا ایک بڑا حصہ خط غربت سے نیچے زندگی گزارتا ہے، اور آبادی کا یہ حصہ بہت سے خطرات سے دوچار ہے۔ تمام خطرات میں سے، صحت کے خطرات ان کی زندگیوں اور معاش کے لیے سب سے بڑا خطرہ ہیں۔ صحت کی ایمرجنسی صحت کے اخراجات کو غریبوں کے بوجھ میں بالکل اسی وقت شامل کرتی ہے جب وہ کم سے کم برداشت کر سکتے ہیں۔
