In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 27 of the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Act 2009 (Balochistan Act No. VIII of 2009), the Government of Balochistan is pleased to make following amendments in the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014.
بلوچستان پبلک پروکیورمنٹ ریگولیٹری اتھارٹی ایکٹ 2009 (بلوچستان ایکٹ نمبر VIII آف 2009) کے سیکشن 27 کے ذریعے دیئے گئے اختیارات کے استعمال میں ، حکومت بلوچستان ، عوامی پبلک پروکیورمنٹ رولز ، 2014 میں مندرجہ ذیل ترمیم کرنے پر راضی ہے۔
