In exercise of the powers conferred by section 26 of the Sindh Civil Servants Act, 1973, the Government of Sindh are pleased to make the following amendment in the Sindh Civil Servants (Appointment, Promotion & Transfer) Rules, 1974.

AMENDMENT In rule-5, in sub-rule ( 1 ), the following proviso shall be added:-

“Provided that the Departmental Selection Committee in relation to the Tribunal established by law or set up by Government shall be headed by the Chairman or Presiding Officer, as the case may be, of such Tribunal to the extent of the posts under his sub-ordination, functioning under the respective Administrative Departments”.

سندھ سول سرونٹ ایکٹ 1973 کی دفعہ 26 کے ذریعے دیئے گئے اختیارات کے استعمال میں ، حکومت سندھ ، سرکاری ملازمین (تقرری ، فروغ اور تبادلہ) قواعد 1974 میں مندرجہ ذیل ترمیم کر رہی ہے۔
